Catch up

Humm... 

Here's what's been happening:

Scales today have not been kind - 1.5lbs on. I can see why - diet has gone to pot at least 50% of the week. Work day evenings are the worst. Need to plan better and have prepped low cal satisfying snacks ready at all times. 

Done some good work this week as well:

Monday: gym - pull ups weights
Tuesday: 3m run
Wedsnesday: rest
Thursday: Pump
Friday: Spin
Saturday: Spartacus (details to follow)
Sunday: pull ups weights with 4x400m + 4x200m sprints

Bottom line is diet. Which I can sort. And really there is no excuse, is there?
